This public website
This is a static product-information site with a demonstration video using fictional store data. It has no customer registration, payment form, employee-data upload, or live store workspace. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies in the website code. Hosting providers may independently process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not promise that the hosting platform uses no cookies or logs.
Information you send by email
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, support product review and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive employee or customer records. Email is handled through Gmail and may be processed by its provider.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information received through this website or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting and email, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Correspondence is retained while needed for the inquiry, business records or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by email; retained copies may remain where required by law or in provider backups. No universal deletion period is promised.
Software and future customer data
The public site does not collect operational store records. The RC4 software can store account and role details, inventory, schedules, task and shift records, audit events, and other information entered by an authorized retailer. Where the software is locally installed, those records are held in that installation and its backups; simply viewing this website does not send them to us. Retailers must limit entries to authorized information and manage employee permissions.
Hosted customer service is not yet operating on this website. Production hosting providers, access arrangements, customer-data retention and deletion, backups, and any data-processing agreement will be documented before real customer information is collected for hosted service. RC4 currently retains active-store records and does not provide automatic deletion. Cancellation or non-payment should not be assumed to erase records. This policy does not claim that future hosting or data safeguards are already in place.
Payments and other services
There is no active checkout. If future payments use Lemon Squeezy, that provider will process payment information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. We may receive order, billing-contact and subscription-status information needed to deliver the software; we do not ask you to email full card details. Third-party links have their own policies.
Your choices and updates
This site is intended for business evaluation, not children. Email us with privacy concerns or requests. We will explain what information we can access and what action is available. The date above shows the current policy; it will be updated if our actual practices change.
